connected matters and one of which is Crl.M.C. 731/2012 wherein reply has
not been filed by the complainant/ respondent and also by the State.
In that case learned counsel for the complainant seeks adjournment
for filing reply which he may file within four weeks from today and
rejoinder, if any, to the same may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
Interim order, if any, to continue.

At this stage Ms. Nanda Devi, counsel for the petitioner in
Crl.M.C. 3128/2011 states that the date of 23rd May, 2012 given by this
Court does not suit the arguing counsel who has requested for 25th May,
2012. She further states that she has already informed the counsel for
other petitioner.
List this matter now on 25th May 2012.
The date of 23rd May 2012 stands cancelled.
